Throw Balls at Strangers

The leaders of the Clowns of Mischief club have threatened to take away your membership due your recent lack of mischievousness. They offer you one final chance to prove yourself: Go around town and throw colorful balls at certain people. But you’re only given a brief amount of time to do so, and the timer starts immediately. Racing down the streets on your unicycle, you must track down your targets, given only their mugshots and your current distance from their position (provided via trackers covertly placed by the club). Will you knock down all of your targets in time to save your status as a Clown of Mischief?
